Sometimes we need help creating lasting change in certain aspects of our lives. Our wellness is certainly no exception to this rule. Maybe you are having trouble finding an exercise plan that works for you. Or you are having a hard time staying on track with your fitness goals. You may even feel like something is holding you back, but can’t quite put your finger on it. Lifestyle Fitness Coaching is a holistic approach to setting and achieving wellness based goals. This type of coaching begins with us getting to know more about you, and what your goals and dreams are. We then work together to create an action plan for achieving those goals. This may, or may not include personal training, nutrition plans, and guidance in multiple aspects of your life.




How Lifestyle Fitness Coaching Works


1. INITIAL CONSULTATION

For In Person Coaching, we can meet anywhere you are comfortable. It can be your home, the office or fitness club…or even a local cafe. If you prefer to participate in Online Coaching, we can use a video app like Skype or FaceTime. If those are not an option, no worries…a phone call will work just fine. We’ll spend this time to talk about your current and past fitness experiences, and what you would like to get out of this program.

2. PROGRAM CREATION AND IMPLEMENTATION

Once we have a clear understanding of what your goals and motivations are, and understand what obstacles we may need to work towards resolving; it’s time to develop a plan. We will work closely with you to develop a coaching program that fits your needs, whatever they may be. With a clear plan in place, we begin to take the steps toward lasting change. We’ll use coaching tools such as questionnaires, and visualization drills as well as follow up coaching sessions to get you moving forward. Typically we like to have two coaching sessions per month. These sessions last around 60 minutes in length, and can be done in person, online, or over the phone.

3. ASSESS AND ADAPT

No plan ever fails to need retrofitting. As we progress through the program it will be necessary for us to take inventory of where we started, and where we currently are. If we are missing our marks, no problem…we’ll sit down and figure out a proper course of action. If we are excelling…great! We’ll sit down and figure out how we can improve on what we’ve got. That’s what coaching is all about.

4. STAY MOTIVATED AND FOCUSED WITH FOLLOW UP AND SUPPORT

All of our coaching packages incorporate various methods for you to stay motivated and get the accountability from us you need to grow. These may include email support, instant messaging, private Facebook support groups, and weekly Facebook Live and video conferences.
