This 5 Day Challenge will teach you how to create quick, healthy meals that will boost your energy and weight loss!
When it comes to my coaching practice, the number one thing that my clients struggle with consistently is meal planning. This 5 day challenge is designed to show you that not only can meal planning be easy, but it can be tasty and fulfilling at the same time.
The challenge begins on June 21st and will run through Friday, June 25th. Once you register, you’ll receive access to your own dashboard with recipes, shopping lists, and more. Coach Keith will go Live inside the Healthy Weight Loss Revolution Facebook Group every day of the challenge to deliver helpful tips and motivation.
The challenge is FREE to everyone, and is going to be very easy to complete:
- Get your shopping done on the Saturday or Sunday before the challenge, and clean our your fridge and pantry of all the temptations that might ruin your challenge.
- Fill out the Pre-Challenge Weigh In and Goal Form by no later than Monday morning.
- Each day take a picture of one of your favorite meals from the day, and post it with how you are feeling in the FACEBOOK GROUP.
- Each evening fill out the Food Diary Form.
- At the end of the challenge (Day 5) fill out the Post Challenge Weigh In Form.
I have created this challenge in a way that maximizes accountability. There are daily tasks for you to complete, that ensure you stay on track throughout the event. Plus, you’ll have me everyday making sure you are following through!
