Our Self Guided Courses and Challenges are a great place for people to start that may be on the fence about 1-on-1 Personalized or Group Coaching.
Courses and Challenges commonly share the following:
They are typically short time commitments (1-4 weeks)
They offer “Work at Your Pace” or “Timed” delivery of content
They include email coaching from Keith
Mostly focused on improving one area of your lifestyle at a time
All of our Self Guided Courses and Challenges come with access to your own Private Success Portal where your course/challenge materials are kept. Once you sign up…these materials and access are yours forever (unless noted).
Our Performance Health and Fitness Coaching programs come in two forms.
Group Coaching – where you join a small group of other people in one of our online communities to receive instruction and coaching as a group.
Personalized Coaching – where you receive a custom 1-on-1 coaching experience designed to get you to your goals the most efficiently way possible. Personalized coaching is either done Virtually (Phone, Zoom, Messenger, etc.) or In Person (If Local)
Group and 1-on-1 Coaching programs commonly share the following:
They are longer time commitments (90 days or more)
They include direct communication with Keith
They are focused on making massive transformations
More geared towards direct habit, attitude, and belief changes
All of our Personalized and Group coaching programs come with your own Private Success Portal where your materials are kept.
