A New Tool For Your Success!
I am constantly trying to streamline, update, and improve the way I deliver my heart healthy coaching programs. It is very important to me that the communication between client and coach is as simple and direct as possible. Recently, my dev team delivered a great app that I think will add another great layer of accountability to our programs.
The new Habit Tracking app from Up For It Coaching & Fitness allows you and I to measure your “follow-through” on the the small details that add up to massive change. One of my favorite quotes is that “Small hinges open big doors”. Anything you can measure, you can improve. By tracking your compliance with making small habit changes over time, we can see what is getting in the way of your progress. We can also make adjustments to your schedule, diet, workout plan, etc. based on the information we receive from measuring your ability to stay on track.
How Does It Work?
Every evening you will receive a text message or email to log in to your Virtual Success Center. This Virtual Success Center is where all of your program information is. You can find your course tools, forms, messaging information, and more here.
Once logged in, you click on the Habit Tracking app and track your habits for the day. The habits are broken up into three categories.
- Diet
- Movement
- Body & Mind
Some people will see different habits to track, depending on which program you are enrolled in. But, you’ll track things like water intake, walking, sleep, motivation, etc.

Losing weight, eating clean, and relieving stress are only accomplished by making small strategic changes to your daily habits. I have found that the more help someone needs the less change they can handle all at once. In my accountability coaching programs I make sure that we start with the big picture in mind, but “chip away” at it with small reachable goals. I know that implementing this new habit tracker will help accelerate your progress, and I’m excited to put it to use.
