We are proud to announce that we begin recording our new podcast this week. The Up For It Podcast will be hosted by Keith Miller, and will inspire and motivate you to achieve your goals.
Keith is a certified Lifestyle Fitness Coach, Martial Arts Instructor, Personal Trainer, and former radio personality that brings a fun, exciting, and informative approach to habit change. While the overall theme of the show is health and wellness, Keith insists it won’t always be what is focused on.
“I only want to bring guests on the show that interest me. Good people with good stories to tell. They might be a doctor, cop, scientist, or preschool teacher. It doesn’t matter. If you have a great story, I want to talk about it. That might be about fitness motivation, or it might be about music or entrepreneurship. There’s no rules here.”
When asked about whether the growing trend of political talk will enter into the Up For It Podcast, Keith answered with this, “Everything is so political now, that I guess it’s hard to stay away from it. It comes from both sides, too! I’d rather not discuss politics, but I’m sure some will pop up from time to time. That being said, if you let your day get ruined by listening to a podcast about habit change I would suggest that you just don’t tune in. It’s okay, really.”
The Up For It Podcast will begin production this weekend with an episode featuring the owner of Berserker Brew Coffee, Bland Matthews. The show will try to follow a weekly schedule, but will most likely begin with bi-monthly offerings. Several other guests are lined up for the next few episodes, that should all be entertaining and informative.
You will be able to listen to the podcast on several platforms, but will originate on the new podcasting social media platform called Anchor. It can be listened to through the Anchor App for your smartphone or computer. and will also be distributed on iTunes. There will also be an app on our webpage where you can stay up to date on the latest episodes.
